Let’s Bike HV celebrates both National Bike Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. After all, cycling is excellent exercise that can connect people to nature and helps reduce stress, anxiety and depression by lowering cortisol and producing more “feel good” endorphins. Plus: It’s fun! These rides, which will highlight bike routes to different Scenic Hudson parks and preserves will also demonstrate how these vibrant cities can be explored via bicycle. Pedal on!
