Leslie is currently the Chief Diversity Officer at Sidley Austin LLP. Prior to that, she was the Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion with Debevoise & Plimpton. Before joining Debevoise & Plimpton, Leslie was the Director of Inclusion-Americas at Hogan Lovells, charged with assisting Hogan Lovells’ firm leaders in achieving the firm’s goals of sustaining and improving its diverse and inclusive environment. She was previously director of Inclusion-Americas at an international law firm, and before that she was partner and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at a national law firm, where she also chaired the diversity committee. Earlier in her career, Leslie worked as a finance attorney in law firms and at a financial services company. She received her BFA from Drake University and her JD from Cornell University School of Law.
